5 Days Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru and Lake Naivasha Safari

Day 1: Nairobi – Masai Mara:

Pick up from your Nairobi Hotel at around 0745hrs and drive to Nairobi City market to join the rest of the group waiting for a safari to Masai Mara. At 0830hrs drive through The Great African Rift Valley and have a stopover at the view point for photo session then drive to Narok Town for lunch,afterwards proceed to Masai Mara, arrive in the afternoon and get settled at your safari camp. An evening game drive will follow to explore the famous game reserve famous for its variety of animals like lions, cheetahs, elephants, buffaloes and other animals of the same order. The accent here is on the Masai people and the fabulous wealth of wildlife, birdlife, and natural flora to be found in the fabled Masai Mara Game Reserve. Drive back to Lenchada Tourist Camp/ Rhino Tourist Camp for dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Masai Mara Game Reserve Full Day:

The whole day is spent exploring the park’s amazingly high concentration of game. Meals and overnight at Lenchada Tourist Camp/ Rhino Tourist Camp.

In the evening opt to visit a local Masai village. You will mingle with the Masai Warriors. You will be welcome to dance with them, admire their beadwork, learn their unique culture and if you want even spend a night in their Manyatta (House).

A hot air balloon safari early in the morning is also optional.

Day 3: Masai Mara – Lake Nakuru:

Pre morning game drive as from 0630hrs to 0930hrs, then return to the camp for main breakfast, then depart for Lake Nakuru with lunch in Narok town. Later proceed on to Nakuru and arrive at your resort early evening. Dinner and overnight in Lanet Matfam Resort.

Day 4: Lake Nakuru – Lake Naivasha:

After breakfast, proceed for an extensive morning game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park to see the many animals that inhabit this unique park. Lake Nakuru is known for its millions of flamingoes and other water birds. Leave Lake Nakuru National Park and proceed to Lake Naivasha, with lunch en route. Dinner and overnight at Taphe Guest Resort. An optional boat ride in L. Naivasha can be organized.

Day 5: Lake Naivasha – Nairobi:

After breakfast at around 0800hrs, drive into Hell’s Gate National Park and start cycling/driving, where you will have a chance to walk in the most amazing gorges, including a visit to the devil’s bedroom. Later leave for Nairobi. The safari ends at Nairobi City Centre at around 1500hrs.
