Description
DAY 1: NAIROBI
Pick up from the Airport at around 9am, drive to David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust (DSWT), where you will interact with orphaned baby elephants. Later proceed to Giraffe Manor. Lunch & Dinner at Giraffe Manor. Meal Plan: Lunch & Dinner.
DAY 2: NAIROBI- SAMBURU:
Pick up from Giraffe Manor after breakfast at around 0800hrs, leave Nairobi and drive north to Samburu National Reserve to arrive at around 1400 hours in time for lunch. After lunch proceed for an afternoon game drive in the park famous as the place for the Samburu semi-nomadic tribesmen, the reticulated giraffe, the Grevy’s zebra gerenuk, beisa oryx and a host of the big game including elephant and lion.
Dinner and overnight at Samburu Sopa Lodge. Meal Plan: Breakfast, Lunch &Dinner.
DAY 3: FULL DAY IN SAMBURU:
After breakfast proceed for a game drive in this lush and region of north. The water of Ewaso Ny’iro River attracts a profusion of game. This area is known for the rare species of wildlife that are endemic. On this day you can choose to either have a full day game drive from 0800hrs to 1600hrs, with packed lunch served inside the park or have morning and evening game drive with lunch at the lodge.
Dinner and overnight at Samburu Sopa Lodge. Meal Plan: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner.
DAY 4: SAMBURU- ABERDARE:
Depart Samburu for Aberdares. Lunch will be en route. Drive to the Treetops hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at the Treetops hotel. Meal Plan: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner.

Originally built in 1932, Treetops Lodge lies in the path of an ancient Elephant migratory route between the Aberdare Ranges and Mt Kenya National park, and is strategically sited right in front of a natural watering hole and salt lick, making it the perfect place to view game.
Treetops is as much a part of nature as it has an ancient tree growing right through the hotel, with the lodge being built around it. It is the perfect fusion of nature and comfort sporting a rustic look that fits right into the Aberdares.
DAY 5: ABERDARE N.P – LAKE NAKURU:
Depart the lodge soon after breakfast with packed lunch and drive to Lake Nakuru National park. Dinner and overnight stay at Flamingo Hill Camp. Meal Plan: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner.
Lake Nakuru’s fame is anchored on its flamingo’s and the over 400 species of birds found here. The lake itself is a soda lake on the floor of the rift valley. The sight of the at times millions of flamingos is quite spectacular. From a distance the lake appears ringed in pink. The Lake has also earned a reputation as an important haven for endangered species- particularly the Rothschild Giraffe and the black and white rhino. Lions, waterbuck, buffalo and baboons are all residents here.
DAY 6: LAKE NAKURU – MASAI MARA:
After breakfast start game drives at Lake Nakuru then later depart and drive via the Great Rift Valley to arrive at Masai Mara in the evening with a lunch stopover at Narok Town. You will have evening game drive then return for dinner and overnight at Masai Mara Sopa Lodge. Meal Plan: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner.
DAY 7: FULL DAY IN MASAI MARA:
Set off early for a morning game drive to witness the animal kingdom at its most active hour, on your way to the famous Mara River where thousands of wildebeest and Zebras cross from Serengeti to Masai Mara each year. Search for the park’s large populations of wildebeest, rhinoceros, buffalo, lion, leopard, elephants, hippos, cheetah, zebra, impala, gazelles, hartebeest, warthog, ostrich, topi and Masai giraffe. Enjoy packed lunch inside the park surrounded by beautiful sceneries and wildlife.
Optional Masai Village visit.
Optional Hot Air balloon safari early in the morning then proceed with game drives for the rest of the day. Meals and overnight Masai Mara Sopa Lodge. Meal Plan: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner.
DAY 8: MAASAI MARA – LAKE NAIVASHA:
After breakfast depart Masai Mara for Naivasha where you will have a cycling safari in the wonderful Hell’s gate National park with optional boat rides. Dinner and overnight at Crater Lake Camp. Meal Plan: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner.
DAY 9: LAKE NAIVASHA – AMBOSELI NATIONAL PARK:
After breakfast depart Naivasha for Amboseli to arrive in time for lunch. Amboseli offers a splendid view of both the animals (the elephants, lions and cheetah) and the scenic beauty. At around 1600hrs, you will start game drive to watch the glistening majestic snow cap of Kilimanjaro and the wonderful herds of elephant found in this park, Return for dinner and overnight at Kibo Safari camp. Meal Plan: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner.
DAY 10: AMBOSELI NATIONAL PARK – NAIROBI:
Pre-morning game drive then return back to camp for breakfast. Later depart Amboseli for Nairobi, arriving in the late afternoon, where you will be dropped at the airport. We recommend you book a flight with departure of 1900hrs onwards to avoid flight delay issues. Meal Plan: Breakfast & Lunch.
