OUR LOYALTY PROGRAM IS AS FOLLOWS:

When a new client registers on our online platform.
An already registered client who refers a new client. A new client has an option to submit a referral code on account opening. More Instructions on how to refer a client are available on request. A client with more referrals gains more credits.
Every paid invoice from a registered client.
An already registered client whose referral's invoice has been paid. E.g.: client A was referred by client B. When client A pays for his/her invoice, client A gets 5 Credits. The same is awarded to client B.

2 credits are awarded to a client whose referral refers a new client.
Credits are redeemable in form of Cash, Vouchers, purchase of our products and services, e.tc.
Credits can be transferred to any registered client of choice; however transfered credits have lower value. 10% is deducted on total credits transfered.
Under some circumstances, we may give out credits as gifts. Maximum credits awarded are 5000 credits.
Credits can be awarded as payment for services / products offered to us.
Minimum credit balance is 5 (Five).
Minimum redeemable credit balance is 5000 (Five Thousand).
One (1) credit is deducted per Day (every 24hours) from an account that remains inactive after 90Days. (One (1)credit is deducted every circle of 24hours after 90Days of inactivity). A client is required to log in frequently as a show of commitment before the account is deemed dormant.
Deletion of account leads to loss of Credits.
We are not liable for loss of Credits. You are Required to keep your account secure all the time.
